Patrick, thanks for commenting. I don't know where your comment went to, but I did approve it. I haven't gotten to see the movie yet. The only place it is playing close to Salisbury is the most expensive theatre in the area, and I kind of choked on paying over $8 to see an hour and a half movie. I am hoping that it will open in one of the local theatres this week.
From the trailers and interviews I have seen, Stein has done a great job of not being condescending. He gives his opponents credit for being very intelligent. I'm not so sure that I would be that gracious, but I am trying to learn to be more so!

I have absolutely no idea where his comment went, but here is a copy of it...
just saw Expelled; the fact that Ben Stein isn't trying to win any popularity contests helps to validate his message... i gather that his goal is to promote free thought, especially more thinking about worldviews that drive American academia
